Radhika Kolluru started her career in intellectual property litigation and then moved on to general civil, criminal and electricity regulatory litigation. She spent 6 years as an Additional Public Prosecutor at the Delhi High Court representing the State of Delhi. After 18 years in litigation practice, an abiding love for reading saw her join Penguin Random House India as its Legal Head in 2021. She advises management on all legal and reputational risks affecting the business, manages litigation, oversees contracts and ensures compliance with group company policies and local laws and foreign laws. Besides satisfying her literary cravings, being part of the publishing industry enables her to engage continually with various facets of free speech, IP and technology laws – which are constantly evolving both locally and globally – and never fail to stimulate.
