Aditi Kumar, Senior Vice President of the People Team at Penguin Random House India, joined the company in 2012 as Head of People at Penguin Books India. Following the 2013 merger, she expanded her role to lead the People Team across Penguin Random House India. Aditi also oversees CSR and internal compliance initiatives. She established the HR function for Penguin India, implementing key HR systems and processes, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. With over a decade of experience, her expertise spans performance management, talent development, HR operations, and employee recognition.
