As parents, we pass on so much more to our kids than just genes. From personality quirks to an outlook on how to deal with the world, children observe and adopt everything – even when they’re getting different messages from different parents.
While every child grows up with their own set of issues, some do have it a lot worse—and a lot bloodier. Even though it was just supposed to be a harmless (and slightly illegal) hunting trip, its consequences were anything but.
Nergis Dalal is known for her unique talent of exploring the darkest recesses of human behaviour in the most unlikely manner and A Taste of Blood is an excellent example of just that. Intriguing, heartwrenching and surprising, this is classic Dalal.
