Herman Melvile

Herman Melville was an American novelist, short story writer and poet of the American Renaissance period. Among his most famous works are TIP which is a lively illustration of his experiences in Polynesian life. The novel Moby-Dick, based on the hunting of whales, is also written by them. His works were almost forgotten during the past 30 years. His author is very interesting.
