Keshav Chandra is an Indian civil servant and a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Known for his dedication and innovative
governance, he has held various significant positions in the government. He also has a diverse range of artistic talents. Apart from being an accomplished photographer, he is also a painter, poet and writer. He has held many exhibitions of his photographs and paintings at prestigious art galleries. the others.. He completed his master’s degree in public governance and management from the London School of Economics. At present,
he is the chief secretary of the Andaman
and Nicobar Islands.
